I made a mistake in the previous post. The last part with EARNGOLD is incorrect. Actually it is EVOQCORP.COM, NOT EVOCORP.COM...I missed the "Q". When trying to locate the registrant for EVOQCORP.COM, I was unable to because it is registered to "Domains By Proxy" in Arizona. Therefore unable to gain access to information. The information at the top is STILL correct~! Mr Foner, It is my experience that what Ann has said in previous is .....dead on. "Business's/SCAMS" like yours are what Montreal is best known for. Why do you lie about being in "Ames, Iowa".... To make people think you are a true American? What a joke that is.... You have address's in Nevada, You claim to be "headquartered" in Nevada, but you have NO registration in Nevada. Your Headquarters are in MONTREAL! You ARE registered in FLORIDA with Harold Shankland, Tampa, Florida. Tampa Bay area of Florida is only second to Montreal for scams. What I found makes me believe you are in Montreal and setting up to do nothing but SCAM PEOPLE! Hello, I am an owner of Fusion Telekom / Fusion Talk based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and will review and summarize why this posting is false in many respects. First of all, our outbound Telesales group will NEVER contact a customer more than once. If you turn down the rep on the phone, you will not hear from them again. Secondly, we do promise incentive gifts (i.e. airline vouchers, $25 (not $250 as mentioned above) wal-mart gift-cards, etc..) and fulfill these with each and every order. We have strict quality-control procedures and record EVERY incoming and outgoing call for legal reasons. If this customer is interested in contacting our quality-control department to obtain a recording of their sale, please call 800-319-7220 and ask for Donald Roussy, floor Manager. Lastly, our customer service is focused on the customer and provide refunds for any unsatsifed transactions, regardless if the long-distance calling plan is used or not - obviously this client in question did not pursue this avenue fully. In conclusion, this is not only false information regarding our company, but regarding our policies and procedures as well. We welcome any comments in the future at [email protected].
