Dear Sir,

I just want you to know about this Gallagher/Basset on behalf of McNeil location is quite confusing. The woman my attorney and I have had to deal with this last 7 months has been a lady from hell.

Her name is Stephanie McFadden her # is 954-378-8200 she has made my life hell since my accident which was not my fault, a EMS ambulance hit me in the rear of my Nissan's senta on March 14th,2008

and here it is October 1, 2008 for the first 11days of the accident I did not have a car, so had to pay some one to haul me around for those 11 days, so when I did get a car it was from Enterprise and I was only told to bring the car back to them by May 9th which I did so and then I had to pay 250.00 for one more week for me to have a car, Ms. McFadden said that I should have returned the car before then but was only advised by enterprise that was the date I was to bring the car back. Also my attorney advised me to contact my insurance co to give me a estimate on my car, which would have been the second estimate because they G/B had allready sent someone and it was 6,761.74, well it took my company awhile to arrange for someone to come and in the mean time when the repair shop got the estimate

I had to go pick it up by the time I got my estimate from my company it was about 10-12 days well Ms. McFadden wanted me to pay the rental on the car for those days which is not my fault and neither was the accident the EMS driver was given a ticket also.

So then the repair shop did not have all the parts either so another delay all in all it was approx. 84 dyas my car was in the shop not only that then in June had to take it back to repairs shop to be redone repair was very unsatisfactory, which was another week out of my car, but the repair shop did at least pay for that rental, but Ms. McFadden wants me to pay at least 500-600.00 more on this 1,4000.00 rental bill.

Not only that my car was back in the shop for almost 3 weeks to find a electrical problem which took Nissan's dealership that long to find the problems.( had to by a new battery it was pulling 250mamps it took 3wks and it was the radio and the Relay switch to the trunk of the car, and the bill was 1.054.86 and I had to pay 494.55 of this bill before

I could get my car out of the shop she would not pay this even though this was due to the accident which over this last 7 months I have had to pay out to friends and family to get to town and appointments at 50.00 a week. I spent 273.00 to get proof for her for a Diminished Value of my car also, this Mr. Hunter in Springdale, Ark is one of 26 professionals that can do this in the whole United States,

and now she cant even call my attorney to deal with these issues. Mr. Hunter has told her my car is UNSAFE and we've allready spent over the 60% to total this car, and How many more problems will I have with this car thanks to her, I have been so ill mentaly over all of this and it has took its toll on me, Im disabled anyhow and I cant afford another red cent on anything friends and family cant help anymore either.

What I've spent and what she has spent I feel this could have been settled by now 7 MONTHS. I am getting ready to file a Civil Suit against this Company and this Idiot woman. I realize she want to save her company money but it is awful someone disabled has to pay half on everything that goes wrong on my car, WHICH I WAS NOT AT FAULT AND THE ACCIDENT WAS THEIR FAULT. I SHOULD HAVE NOT HAD TO PAY ONE DIME.

.and I want my money back and I will fight this woman and company till hell freezes over. It is so true this company need to be made public for people like me will not go thru what I have been thru for 7 months. I cant say enough about this stupid company.

I just want what is rightfully mine and back the way things were with my car, well we know it will not be right after all the electrical problems and the damage of this car, I even had to have a used radio put in it thats not back the way it was, the repairs are unbelievable bad. Just wish this idiot woman had to drive it in the shape its in.

Just one thing my insurance adjuster threw me under the bus by underbidding the other company, just wanted u to know that. Please, dont believe a word that comes out of this woman's mouth, just ask my attorney. well, I want to thank you if you can help it would be great, cause she just want's to keep delaying this ....Maybe she think's I will give up.. Dont think so.Im poor but I will keep on fighting until this is settled. Barbara
