File a complaint against her with the Audit unit. Use this link http://www.dir.ca.gov/dwc/Auditref.pdf. They will audit her paperwork in your file and if she has delayed your treatments or settllement without giving you proper notice and reason in writing as per their rules/laws they will do something about it. To get anything out of them, you have to follow their rules and file your requests and demands in writing. There is a website that explains the rules she has to follow when responding to your requests. There are time limits and notice requirements that can lead to penalties if ignored. You have to read about them and know your rights then file notifications to the authorities in proper paperwork to document whats happening to you so they can get involved. They figure its your responsibility to look into the rules and follow them to defend yourself but no one will tell you how to do it. I have a current claim and am learning how to fight back and get something done.

If they cannot decide a percentage there are things you can do. Call the WCAB in your area and ask for the information and assistance officer on duty. Yes you are 100% on the spot about Luella Rogers. She will twist and turn any info. you turn into G & B. She does no paperwork! I guess she is the employee that has all the awards on her desk for screwing the working people. At this time she has eveyone in the circle running around with anything you are required to do to please her. You know her job is to take you down. She may hold the title of employee of the company. I think at times she is related to higher ups. Just keep all of your paperwork. Call all local work comp info. centers on up to date issues. If we all stick together the insurance sources will listen to us. This women is a dream machine if you need a woodpecker. My issue with her is kind of the same. She has tried to place me in a very dark hole. She ia unable to listen to my doctor. Now she can educate your workplace on any little conversation to bend her way after you have worked very hard for the company. She will cut you off of any money at anytime along with medication and special needs. To Luella Rogers not one person can have an on-the-job injury.
