This message is for Will,
Unfortunately, we didn't see this post until recently. Based on your complaint, once you have the secret word, you can change the e-mail automatically through the World of Warcraft Management side. Since you already know this by now, this issue has more than likely already been resolved years ago.
Good news as well is we changed our policy in 2010. All complete account details are being provided due to Blizzard Locking the accounts up when you login with a new IP. Reason we didn't do this before was because customers would need our support before changing things so we didn't fully release information for up to 60 days after the transaction date.

I will copy and paste their response at the end of this. Although they did get back to me, still not complete. They got me the secret Q&A, and last name on account, but failed to give me contol of the email. So I had to email them back again. Hopefully it don't take 8 more emails over 10 days. Here is their response. Hello William, Thank you for forwarding to us your account purchase Order Number XXXXXX We are in transition to a new system and new management for our Accounts Division and your email was not updated properly. We would appreciate it if you would remove your bad comments on Ripoff report as this is not needed just to get our attention. We try to go back to all old emails and help all customers as much as we can and as soon as possible. Your request for more information regarding your account order is attached below: Secret Word: XXXXXX Last name on account: XXXXXX Please change all the billing information to your own billing and credit card information in order to properly secure the account. Thank you for your patience regarding this matter. Would appreciate if you send us a link that you remove your comments on ripoff report. Best Regards, Catherine K. This is just to make the original comments more clear, I was in a hurry when posting. Gamewar.com is a fraudulent company. When you purchase a World of Warcraft account from them they will give account name and password. According to their FAQ you can request a server transfer or the information needed for the transfer. Also the FAQ states that after 30 days you can request your additional account information(Secret Q&A, control of email and so on). The problem is no one will ever get back to you. I have sent many emails that do get responded to, but all they say is I will forward your request to the account managers. Then no one ever gets back to you. This is what happen to me I bought an account that was suppose to have a level 70 hunter and 70 warrrior along with some low level characters. The account was missing the 70 warrior. They did good with the fact that they were going to offer me another account of equal value for the discription of my purchase being wrong. I told them that if they can just give me the information needed for me to transfer servers within a couple of days that I would have no problem keeping the account. Well that didn't happen. I enjoyed playing the hunter so decided to wait the required time to get the rest of the account details. When time was up I emailed them again. They responded with I will forward your request to account managers. A couple of days when by and nothing I email again. They said the samething. I tried their live chat which was useless all they suggested was that I try to email them everyday. Which is what I'm doing now with no response. So the long to short. Without the rest of the account details the account could get taken back at anytime, leaving me with nothing. I can't transfer servers without the info, which is what I really want to do since my friends all play on another server. Gamewar.com will not talk to you after they get your money.
