This company will promise you to get you a home loan or a owner finance property for a down payment of 10-15% with a credit score or a stated income (with no proof of income), here are the steps to follow: You have to give then an initial deposit of about $2500.00 to $7500.00 depending on the amount of the loan; the company will tell you that this initial fee is for them to secure the founds from their investors to purchase the property, after the fee is paid they will guide you along to closing and that's when they will say that the investors had no fund the deal or they had change the funding terms and things can happen any more. Your initial fee it's gone by this time and she will refer you to an attorney if you try to contact her about refunding your money. I know of three people that have lost a total of 12,500.00 but legal action is coming from the state agencies that deal with scams to the public by predators like this, this company should not be allow to do business anywhere!
