Gary Ferone is a a chiropractor who practices in Dallas, Texas and I went to see him back in August of this year. The services he provided me were below standard and honestly did nothing but make my pinched nerve and L3 disc worse.
He went through a series of adjustments and while it all seemed to make sense, my back was aching when I left and hasn't gotten any better since. When I called to let him know of my discomfort, I did not receive a return phone call back. Why on earth would Gary Ferone, a licensed medial professional, not call me back?
I do not have health insurance so the visit cost me around $150 and I was hoping that I would at least get a phone call back to discuss the situation but I got nothing.
This is just a bad experience that I don't want anyone else to experience so please do yourself a favor and stay away from this guy and his medical practice. One day I hope he learns the basics of good customer service and how to handle complaints.

Perhaps the problem is LESS that they are not calling you back and MORE of YOU having expectations that his proffesion can not help with. A Chiropractor does ADJUSTMENTS. Meaning simple manipulation and stretching. NOT the surgery it sounds like you need. A RUPTURED DISK feels much like a pinched nerve. If you had an adjustment and you still are not feeling well then you probably have a ruptured disk and need a different type of treatment like surgery. Also this is a type of DOCTOR not some office manager who gets to spend time talking on the phone. THEY ARE BUSY!!!!!!!! YOU are NOT the ONLY patient OR person that they have to deal with DAILY!!!! get over yourself there PRINCESS!!!!Call them back until you get ahold of them. YOU seem to think that YOU get to place demands on another CITIZENS time and when that doesnt happen, YOU go online and bash them as a bad doctor. When the REALITY is that YOU are IMPATIENT!!!! YOU have NOT been ripped off and what YOU are doing is shameful and disrespectful!!!YOU think YOU are MUCH MORE important then you REALLY are. Get off that high horse and join the rest of us MERE MORTALS down here.
