Hi,
My name is Seon Seok.
I purchased the carpet for my house from Kim's Carpet in Garden Grove, California.
I didn't have enough money so, I have borrowed money($2,000) the card company that carpet company introduce me. They said it is a good promotion to get the free one year interest that means I don't need to pay the interest for one year. I signed and I got the carpet. It was Jan. 6th, 2003.
Now, I have a bill from the card company charged $423.34 for interest for one year. I called them and they said because I don't pay off after one year they loaned to me, I have to pay the interest for whole year. I calle them I have money to pay off right now and I want to reduce the amount the interest, but they said "NO".
