I agreed to have a trial bottle of Genix Lab's Colonmate product. I received the package, tried the product, and realized I did not have any positive results. I contacted Genix within the 14-day trial period to let them know that I did not want any future shipments, nor did I want to continue my membership. I advised them to cancel any future orders and not bill me.
Since my call, I have received two additional charges totalling $80.00 In emailing them, they advised me that I did not call within the 14-day trial period. This is completely erroneous and I will need to dispute these charges with my credit card company. Since I work about 10 minutes away from their offices, I will also pay them a personal visit with their un-opened products and will not leave until I receive a refund. I will update this site as to the results of my visit.
