Purchased SAMCART on Sept 29 2014. In Dec of that year, i notified SAMCART that their product was not working for me. I decided not to use it anymore.
A couple of weeks ago my accountant showed me all my bills from the past year and I noticed a $708 charge from SAMCART on Augut 13, 2015. I was never notified that this charge was going to take place.
Every other company I work with including giants like Inmotionhosting notifies me 1 month priot to charging me that I am going to be billed. They do this just in case I don't want a website anymore - thats pure honesty and the right way to do business.
I notifed SAMCART about this billing problame and they flat out refused to do anything about the billing which seems to me to be about 1 1/2 months early!!
One of their employees Jennifer Collins said they would not refund my purchase even thought I offered 2 months of payment for a product I don't use at all.
I tried to e-mail Brian Moran - president of SAMCART and Get 10,000 Fans and never got a reply.
I notifed AMEX who is working on this case and I just filed a FTC Complaint.
Be careful with this group. they do sell some decent information but be VERY CAREFUL with their billing scam.
As of today they are not rufunding anything.
And, you should know that you can get other shopping carts that are 1/2 the price fo theirs - look at how many are out their today.

Hi,
I just want to say the Get 10,000 Fans Fixed my problem - hopefully they fired the person who was incompetant and the owner handled my problem. They seem to have grown and now have products I buy regularly and I would recommend to anyone at this time.
If there was a way to remove the original report I filed - I would as everything is fine now.
