Get 10000 Fans No service after paying fees. They do not have a phone number in order to speak with someone. Eastern Seaboard Internet
I purchased services from "get10000fans.com" and was never allowed into their website to obtain the data. It blocked me out. I wrote up nine or more help desk tickets and each time they claimed it was solved. It was not.
Further, there is no one to contact at their company. You are at the mercy of emails which does not work. Their 800 # is a recording.
This is a fraudulent business collecting initial fees and then in 30 days will bill you another $39.99 a month. I just tried to cancel the monthly fee with a 3rd party vendor. I only hope this stops after reading similar stories from people who did not get this cancelled.
Brian, the founder claims to have the best customer service company ever, which is just futher evidence he is ripping people off and is a criminal. His only intention is collecting money and then not allowing you to contact his company.
If you are reading this, please do not fall into the trap I did and be duped into something they claim they will deliver. They don't.
My next step is reporting his company to the District Attorney where he does business.
