I paid for $3.95 shipping plus $1.00 Insurance for a 30 FREE supply (60 pills)of Keto Trim weight pills which I intended to cancel befor the 30 day cancel window as most products require. Only before that just 16 days into my supply my credit card was charged $89.99! Upon calling they claim it stated on line that the supply was just a sample and that they requested that I respond before 15 to cancel or I guess maybe send back what I didn’t want /use because the $89.99 was for that bottle of pills that I had already received the ones that advertised as free if pay shipping.
So even though the web site states 100% satisfaction guaranteed the customer service people wouldn’t let me speak to a supervisor and offered instead only 50% of my $89.99 . Now since searching on the web for this company’s information I’ve seen on a number of su3merchant dealers sealing the same excact bottle for 28.57 which is such a higher price and the way they deceived me by saying the 60 pills were free with paid shipping and then charging me 89.99 .....
very dishonest They also said they could show me where on their web page that I supposabley had to read before being able purchasie this products. Also that it was a clear statement , not one that I had to click on but the first page, of the 89.99 charge after 15days however I’ve went back and re filled out the pill request as a new shopper and was not able to find this anywhere.
