GetShopped.org Instinct Entertainment (instinct.co.nz) Plugin does NOT work, they do NOT reply to customer service, VERY SHADY Wellington, Internet
They take your money without a problem, but when it comes time to help the customers they are nowhere to be found. I bought a Wordpress plugin (Gold Cart) from them that caused my entire site to crash, meaning lost revenue. I make an attempt to contact their customer support. No response. I extensively read their documentation and read the advice given in their forums, it still doesn't work. I then have no choice but to hire a professional web developer to fix it. It was fixed, but less than 24 hours later it breaks again. I send them e-mail after e-mail to every contact I can find. I wait DAYS and no one responds, and in the meantime I have had to find a different solution (business doesn't stop, but they seem to think it does). I finally get one response from them, much later, stating that they would like to help me fix it rather than refund me. Hahahaha are they serious? It is WAY too late for that. I reply, demanding a refund. Now it has been at least a week and still no response. They are greedy thieves. Their so called customer support number doesn't work either. Every time I try to call it does not go through. Do not buy Gold Cart at all! You will never get a working plugin or see your $40 back. Very shady company. There are many other plugins out there, so do not go with Gold Cart.
