The previously reported issues with GFK Mystery Shopping Service have been resolved. Apparently there was a significant problem with the reporting software which caused errors that were charged to the shopper. This caused the editor to generate requests for clarification on reports that were actually completed accurately. However, I have been paid for all of the shops that I completed and the system is now working fine. It was great when I started performing shops for them and it seems they are back on track.
