I have no complaints about this facility. Sam Jr signed me up in December, 6 weeks after I had hip replacement surgery. He suggested, when I was ready, to talk to Herb about a personal trainer. I was in Physical theropy with a doctor at the time. In January I spoke to Herb and he introduced me to Roger, a personal trainer at Woodbury, and I signed up. I came to the first few classes still using my cane. It took less than 3 visits with Roger and I lost my cane. He showed me exercises and things to do at home that helped my healing speed up. I was told by my surgeon that it would be 6 months before I could lift, golf, and resume my normal job. I am returning to work in just 4 months and have played golf, and fished with almost no pain. The staff at the desk never treats me like an old man taking their time, but always makes it a point to say HI with a smile and are all good young people. I just saw Sam Jr who gave me a big smile and hello, and remembered that I was on crutches when I joined, I praised Roger for the transformation, and Sam thanked me and said "great to see you walking with no help". This is why I like this place, even the huge gorilla guys have helped me with some of the equipment, and they dont even work there. I can only say this from my opinion, for $20 a month it is a great value, and a fun place to work out. The tvs, the music, the staff, all make working out, not a chore, but something I look forward to. One last thing even the young man who does the cleaning up there, says Hi every night I come in. Those of you who complain about this gym need to go elsewhere, and leave it to those of us who appreciate this place

What a piece of work that guy is . BTW, his name is Chris and he shouldn't be managing a lemonade stand.

There are much better run discount gyms, like Planet Fitness for one. Almost made the mistake of joining the Delran one but the manager (I assume this guy was) there was a piece of work. waited forever to be attended to. When he came nearby, he reeked of cigarette smoke. Needless to say, I left quickly.
