Mr. Gilbert's law firm represented one of my children in a complex case. They keep us advised of every step of the case. I am very happy with his performance and outcome. His professionalism and dedication to duty resulted in a better than average outcome in my child's case. Thank you Mr. Gilbert.

I have used the Gilbert Law Firm on 4 occasions and i can honestly say i have never had more competent legal representation in my life. David Gilbert has saved me money and points on my license on six tickets over four incidents. i can assure you he is professional in every regard and i saved a ton of money with him. As for the previous complaint on here by one individual, i have heard accounts that he contacted attorney gilbert late not giving him appropriate time and he also misrepresented the charges he was faced with. There is no way he was going to get what he wanted in that case, ill leave it at that. Please read the hundereds of wonderful reviews David Gilbert gets and then judge for yourself.

This Attorney apparently has a lot of time on his hands to be filing a rebuttal..., just a few comments in regards to his rebuttal.
First of all he was anything but zealous for my case and my new attorney even questioned me as to why this rookie attorney took almost 5 months to file one motion. (and if atty Gilbert wants to bring up DUI's that happened over 10 and 24 years ago in another state to support his claim that's a pretty lame excuse, ...and the most recent happened over 3 years ago with yet another poor excuse for an attorney that has since been kicked out of the firm - the other attorney in the firm just so happened to be the better of the pair.
This atty Gilbert has now inflated the hours that he apparently spent on my case. He NEVER spoke with me for 10 hours and any atty with experience wouldn't have had to spend 5 hours reviewing discovery mat'l OR 10 hours doing legal research. He NEVER negotiated with the Judge or State Atty either. Right from day 1 they had offered 6 months jail time and because this atty filed nothing until about 5 months after hiring him the state atty didn't have to do anything but throw the book at me. My new atty has already got the jail time reduced to 90 days on the first day in court (and it's gonna get better than that!) - and that was an offer by the states atty knowing I had a REAL atty with LOTS of experience, my new atty had done nothing except to file the motion for change of counsel that day in court, which was granted based on the inadequacies and misrepresentation from atty Gilbert. That alone should tell anyone looking for an atty that experience will go far in the court room and atty Gilbert has VERY little experience at anything with maybe the exception of schooling as he's recently graduated about a year ago from law school. On his original website he bragged about getting your traffic tickets dismissed, and he couldn't even handle the two that I got the night in question.
Furthermore, I'm not blaming atty Gilbert for the situation that I'm in - I got myself in this situation and I'll get myself out of it without his help. I hired him to get me out of it and he did little to nothing until it was too late and out of desperation. Basically he was setting the tracks down to railroad me right to jail for an extremely lame DUI arrest from an officer that supposedly has over 1500 DUI arrests. Maybe he's bucking to be a states atty....
This atty Gilbert told me of at least 4 to 5 different motions that he was going to file the day I retained him and not one of them EVER got filed. Supposedly he spent 8 hours typing up the one motion he did file almost 5 months to the day from when I'd retained him - very slow for someone fresh out of school that braggs about providing the "most zealous legal representation for all of his clients".
Do yourself a favor and overlook this atty Gilbert for someone else that has a lot more experience, ...unless of course your reading this in the year 2031 in which case if atty Gilbert is still practicing law he'll have almost enough experience by then, otherwise steer clear of this attorney!

I provide nothing less than the most zealous legal representation for all of my clients. For example, in this specific case (3rd DUI O/S 10, with recent DUI arrest reduced to Reckless Driving) the following work was performed:
