I placed my order online on January 7, and the status of my order changed on January 10. The order status stated awaiting shipment, and remained the same for three weeks. I decided to contact the company. I called and left several messages, I emailed several times. However, no return phone calls or emails. Thank goodness I paid thru amazon pay, and finally received a full refund. I waited three weeks to file my claim with amazon, the process was quick and easy. If I used my credit card for this purchase, I would have never received the merchandise or my refund. This company is bad news! Proceed with caution!
