Glenn R Wilson is not aggressive he is obnoxious, rude and mentally ill! This crook will file proper legal paper work if you are pro per and tries to take your assets for his own legal fees. He is representing a transgender female to male who is a drug addict, mentally unfit daycare teacher (CAP of Madera County) who had top surgery but still has a female vagina He thinks he can take her partners home as his attorney fees. Violation 1, serving a mailbox and declaring under the of perjury that it was served by personal service. 2 Not returning Answers to Interrogatories. 3.Glenn R Wilson purposely violated California Family Code section 2104 was revised effective January 1, 2013, to add subsection (f), to now require each party to serve their Preliminary Declaration of Disclosure (PDDs) within sixty days of filing a Petition for Dissolution, Legal Separation or Annulment, or a Response thereto. It applies to marital dissolutions, legal separations, and annulments. This is a terrific amendment since until now each party was only required to exchange their PDDs within a "reasonable time" (for any lazy lawyer or party or those with an opaque agenda, this meant whenever they 'felt like it') - which was meaningless in terms of enforcing the obligation, giving judges too much discretion, that varied from courtroom to courtroom, to define what was appropriate and what was not. Family law litigants and their attorneys desperately need predictability and transparency, and realistically they need rules since if left to their own whims or power-plays the monied spouse can play hide-and-go-seek until the less privileged party is totally starved out, and broke. These disclosure statements exist to assure that each party complies with their statutory fiduciary duties to reveal what either accumulated during the marriage - and after separation until the case concludes - and to tell the other side what that property is worth.

No you can only be disbarred once. Please get your facts straight regarding being disbarred. It means you can never practice law again. Your comment reflects your lack of legal knowledge and diminishes the assertions contained in your complaint.

Nice try though. Plus you might want to research defamation.
