I answered a Craigslist ad in Philadelphia PA for landscapers. The company hired me to perform landscaping work. Work was performed but no payments were ever made. Company is still currently hiring people throughout the country to perform landscaping services on foreclosed homes, but they do not ever pay their employees. People who have been hurt do not know what to do, so they give up, I do have a contract. The dollar amount in dispute is $2270. I have called and emailed every single person that I am aware of at the company and I have been unable to reach anyone and have received no response. I have not contacted any other agency for assistance. Local police said to contact CA AG. I do not have an attorney. No court action has arise or is pending.

My company that I own in Upstate.NY has had the same problems with this company, We worked for Glitter Field Services for roughly 6 days in Aug of 2013 in those 6 days we completed 14 jobs for a total due to us of $2600, here we are 6 months later adn we still have not gotten paid and have not heard from them since. All they do is lie to you about when u are getting paid and they change thier prices as you go.
