This company started out promising lower rates due to their ability to get volume from travel agents. I should have known there was a problem when only three of us had to wait half an hour past the scheduled appointment time. We were all ready to walk out and then they came out.
I was told I would get air vouchers for two free tickets in the U.S. Did not get them. Tried to call the office in Gurnee that I signed up with after caling and calling and got a not in service message. So I drove over to find a "for lease" sign on the building. Was able to track them down in Lombard. I asked why the building was closed and was told they were doing "remodeling". Then why didn't it say that I told the rep.
I booked a cruise to Alaska in July for September. I thought the rate seemed high so I called Norwegian directly and they offered the same exact rate that this supposed discounted rate from Global.
I told the cruise arranger, Dallas how could this be? His comment was did it include the taxes? Yes I told him. Like THAT would have made a difference.
They mis-represented themselves and I have heard from friends that they new this was a crooked outfit.
Do not use them.... run far away. I am going to cancel even tho it is past the three days you are allowed. If I had booked a trip three days from siging up then I would have cancelled immediatly. How was I to know until I booked a trip. If they give me a hard time I will sit in front of the building and tell eveyone going in, to stay away.
