I purchased a 2007 Jaguar XK Convertible and sent a wire transfer for the car. The car was shipped that evening (Mon) and arrived at my home on Thurs Feb 14, 2013. Today is March 18, 2013 and I still have no title. The salesman checked and checked to no avail. I am now told they are getting the title from another dealer after paying the dealer two weeks ago even though they were paid five weeks ago.I thought it was against the law to sell something you don't own. This car was advertised on EBAY where I saw it and called the dealer.
I've asked for the manager or owner to call me since the salesman has lost all credibility but have heard from no one. DMV will have to be my next step, but these guys are obviously slimy. Be careful!!
