Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Spoke with two representatives, a guy (did not get his name) before hanging up on me after asking me for credit card/ payment info. and then a Jessica Waugerman. (alleged staffing specialists)

This company offers overseas employment for a "nominal" fee of $625 yes less than half a grand before you even give them a resume and see any possibility of a potential job lead overseas. When talking to ms. waugerman, she immediately placed me on a 3:31 hold then the call disconnects.. Ok so I figure a technical/ random glitch and I call back and Jessica Waug. says "What's your contact info., your email address?" and I politely just ask her "Can you briefly tell me about your services?" Ms W. (waugerman) counters by saying that she can call me later after receiving my personal info.

After this, I reply via stating "I can just call you back when you are available" rebutting even as I am the potential job seeking client to fork over $625.00

ms W. says "well maybe you can contact me on my lunch break or something tomorrow and I reply via asking "Didn't you just request for my personal info. so that you can call me today?" and she admits but hastefully says that she was going to call me on her way home after work??

Tell me, what recruiter/ staffing specialist waits to call a job seeker after work? At most, she could have stated that she'd try to call me back later whether it be a lie or not. I contacted the BBB, Florida Consumer affairs Dept., AND the Duval County tax Collector's office and no one has ever heard of this alleged business.

No more calls

I am Jessica Waugerman, Jacksonville Branch Manager. The man who made this complaint I distinctly remember. As stated he did call me, any other employee he spoke with prior to me I can assure you did not ask for credit card information without receiving an over the phone application or resume to verify that the caller had the proper credentials to use our services. The gentle man called and said he was very interested and wanted more information on our services and how the program worked, I told him that I would need him to send me his resume by fax or email before I could get more in depth with him to ensure he qualified for our program. I did ask him to hold because I had a client at my desk, and when I went to pick up the line we some how got disconnected. The gentlemen called right back and I apologized for the disconnect. I told him would not be able to get into details without his work history and then he asked for my email address which I gave him (also how he got my name), once giving him that information he then asked again if I could give him some more information. I told him I was currently with a client and I would need to get back with him, he again tried to pull more information out of me and once again I stated I would need to know his work history and I would have to call him back once I received it. He asked when would be a good time to call me back, I stated that I am booked steady every day with face to face interviews and I would be available the following day at 12 during my lunch, he insisted on being contacted some time that day so I offered to call him on my way home so I would have time to speak with him more in depth and by that time he would have had plenty of time to email me his work history. At no time was he or any of our other clients asked for vital personal information, however to determine eligibility we do require all clients to present their work history as would any other company in our field. I am very sorry that this gentlemen thinks he is the only client I have to deal with, but I am extremely busy on a day to day basis. I can not always return phone calls on the same day, but I do return calls within 48 hours as I stated I would, I was being extremely courteous as to offer my personal time and call him on my way home. Our company deals with 100's of people a day all day I was not aware that I had to keep my business hours limited to his schedule. I go above and beyond and come in early and stay extremely late in order to assist and be of convenience to my clients. I chose to be honest verses lie to my clients, I would rather tell the honest truth then lie to someone I am very sorry this gentlemen would prefer dishonesty but that is not how I nor the company I work for operate. For the record: Our home office is located in Ormond Beach and we have a recruiting office in Jacksonville as well as a call center. Global Personnel offers overseas job placement services for qualified individuals who wish to accept a 1-2 year contract to work certain trades in other countries. We thoroughly check all applicants credentials and backgrounds to assure they qualify for positions before we extend our services to individuals. Once we have established that the individual qualifies for our services, we then go over our membership agreement and the client must sign the agreement before we can accept any payment for our services. Once an agreement has been signed we will work to our best capabilities to the place the client, if after one year we are not successful in placing them overseas we do refund the entire service charge.
