11/04/2003>>> I just received a call from Matt Loewen [Ken stated he was a go between for Payment Resources International and Global Solutions, however, he addressed himself as an employee of Payment Resources International and has a phone extention at the company>>>(949)729-1400x146 located in Orange County California]. He asked for my bank account number and routing number so that the $349.00 can be credited back to my account. He said he has had a ton of problems with Global Solutions and if he could get the credit done tomorrow, I will have the refund by this coming Thursday. I told him that was not acceptable and that I must cancel my small claims case, update our local news station's investigative reporter, update badbusinessbureau.com report and since I must make all these efforts to prevent his company's name from being involved, it is imperative that he process my refund today. He stated that he would get it done today and that I should have the refund in my bank by tomorrow morning(11/05/2003). He informed me that Payment Resources International terminated relations with Global Solutions back in August 2003. Thanks to everyone at Rip-Off Report. You are the best in every sense of the word (^_^). Oh, and don't worry, if the refund is not in my bank by noon tomorrow, I will let everyone know. I hope that the steps I've taken [including the ones advised in your Rip-Off report]will help others in dealing with Global Solutions.

I know from this day forward to check with their site before I deal any other company offering promises. After reading the Rip-OffReport advice, I called my bank and told them about the illegal activities of Global Solutions and, with my bank statement in hand, I provided the 6/20/2003 ACH date of debit to my banker. I then asked, nicely, for the ACH processor's info. My bank called me the same day and gave the name "Hancock Bank of Mississippi (228-868-4567). Since I'm on the West coast, it was too late to call the ACH processor yesterday, so I called today. They stated that Global Solutions uses a smaller 3rd party processor (Payment Resources International-888.729.3539)and that I should contact their customer service dept and explain the situation. I called Payment Resources International and spoke with Ken, Technical Support Rep (he avoided to give his last name). He was reluctant to help at first stating that there was nothing they can do since they only processed the money and that I should deal directly with Global Solutions. However, I politely explained that I have small claims papers in my hand, I've informed our local news station (Kron-TV, Contact4>> 800.414.5766) and they seem very interested to inform the public, and I've posted a detail report on badbusinessbureau.com about Global Solutions illegal activities. I then informed him that they are an accessory to this illegal activity and if they don't get involved they will be named specifically. [One minute, I hear my phone ringing now and "wha da ya kno?", it's Ken from Payment Resources International. He's telling me that I will receive a call from Matt Loewen, an independent sales agent. Ken is saying Matt is a middleman between his company and Global Solutions so I say, "Why do I need a salesman to call me? I don't want to buy anything." Ken said, "Trust me, you want the call from this guy. You'll be ok".] "Hmmm, wha da ya kno?" Where was I? Then Ken became more cooperative and took my account number and was able to find the transaction quickly. He then asked for my phone number and stated he would email Global Solutions and call me as soon as he knows something[By calling just now means he kept his promise]. I asked did he have a contact number other than their 888 number and he refused by stating that he only had the 888 number himself so I stated that it is impossible for them to do business with a company and only have an 888 number as a contact number so I told him that he is protecting them and would be personally named in the problem, if he does not take charge of this situation and help me. He then assured me that he will do all he can to help and that I should wait for the call. Ok, having got the call back from Ken, I wonder what this Matt Loewen has to say? I'll update again once he calls. Looks like we're getting closer to "...GIVE ME MY MONEY!!!"
