The companies involved in this high tech scam are GlobalVerge, BUZZirk cellular & Zer01. If you hear this or anything similar....DO NOT buy it! They supposedly had the newest & greatest 4G cell phone that offered worldwide calling unlimited long distance with 150 movie channels, GPS and all kinds bells & whistles for only 79.95 per month FLAT. They set up a website for my monthly fee that never worked. I could never log on. This was disturbing in itself but I really began to be suspicious because of multiple misspelled words on their site and the complete disregard of my request for assistance. I never got a response to multiple trouble tickets (even urgent ones) I placed trouble tickets and emails that were never responded to. The only response I received was an auto-form response email that said they were in receipt of my trouble tickets and that some one would contact me. This never happened. They never followed up...not once until the third unauthorized charge and then never responded to my repeated demand to cancel and to not charge me again. They have now denied I put tickets in...but I saved everyone one of them. I cancelled on their site with multiple emails & trouble tickets because there was no phone number and their "live" help was always in-operable. They continued for 3 months to slam my Credit Card. This is a ridiculous way of doing business! They have refused to refund my money after they delivered NOTHING. They are a front for a totally fraudulent company that basically offered an non existant "NEW REVOLUTIONARY product" that would change the way people communicate throughout the world. The launch date was supposedly June 10th. The product and the company turned out to be nothing more than a shill and a way to scam people that are looking for creative fun ways to earn extra money. You get family and friends excited and involved and many of those people had to literally cancel their cards to get these people to stop charging them. Their response to me is to contact their lawyer via email, and he of course, does not reply.  I am filing a formal compliant with the BBB & the Attorney General in Mo, as well...but in the meantime BEWARE!!!!!

I also got ripped off by Global Verge/E-Verge/Buzzirk Mobile.

The same thing happened to me! No answer to the support and nothing for all the money I put into this!

The company gives you free identity theft and on their site this is what identity theft is described as:

What is Identity Theft? Identity Theft refers to any crime in which an individual obtains/uses another citizens personal data in a way that is fraudulent, deceptive or criminal. Much of our information, unfortunately, is stored by entities beyond our control. The use of this information to obtain credit, a job, housing, utilities or even a cell phone is Identity Theft.

You can read the whole thing on their website and it gives the number to report.

I believe my identity was used in a fraudulent and deceptive way because they took my money and nothing in return. They get your SS number for the business when you sign up and it was used fraudulently.
