Susan, It appears as though you placed an order for our Acai Berry Edge product and after changing your mind attempted to cancel the order. If an order has not yet left the warehouse we would be able to cancel the shipment and immediately reimburse any charges that were made. If the order had already been shipped out the products would have to be returned to us for the order to be cancelled out completely. It sounds as though the order was already shipped out when we received your request to cancel the order. We understand that you may have been having a problem contacting our company.
