GNS Supplements Shipped on stolen credit card info Arvada Colorado
April 2009 I noticed charges from several merchants on my bank account. I contacted each one and all but GNS determined they were fraud and took appropriate action. GNS only told me that if I received their product to return it, which I did. At this time I disputed the charge with my bank and they found in my favor for the charge of $3.98. Four months later GNS calls me an tells me I owe them $79.00 and are going to send me to collections. I tried to resolve it with them but, they will do nothing. For all I know they did receive the product and are still trying to charge me for it. This company has approximately 1300 BBB complaints against them in Colorado. Hopefully the Colorado Attorney General will shut them down.

I filed a complaint with the BBB in Colorado. The company responded with their usual drivel. After this I told the BBB I was going to pursue mail fraud against GNS as never in my conversations with them did they tell me the product would cost $79, as the original charge on my account was only $3.98. After sending this to the BBB, GNS responded that the matter was closed and the account canceled. I requested a letter from them stating that the account was closed and that they nor any representative would contact me again regarding the $79. If they are trying to collect more from you than mentioned anywhere this constitutes mail fraud. I'm sure they've been guilty of this in the past and if anyone wanted to pursue it further they would most likely get in trouble. Good luck!!
