Ordered a front end cover on Sept. 14, 2009. Has not arrived yet. Several emails, no answer. Busy signal everytime I call. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and filed a dispute with my bank over the money. Do not order from this company. They are scam artists. I checked my order status about a week after I ordered and it said it had been picked and ready to ship. It still says the same thing today.
