Regarding the charged accessories. You could just return those stating you were offered them for free. Regarding the rebate I would say both are at fault. The employee for rejecting to inform you about the process and your mom for neglecting to save everything that has a return policy on. I mean if I went out and bought a car why would I throw out all the paperwork?! The customer service sounded like it was a hassle, but again treat people as you would like to be treated. If you were a female dog, I'm sure they would not respect that.
