Go-Wireless pushed us into buying 2 non-brand phones (Gem) that Verizon has never heard of. We went into the store  to inquire about an upgrade that we were not elgible for but go-wireless opened up 2  extra ,fake, phone lines to get around this upgrade dilemma. 4 lines Total in which we cannot get out of this contract. Go- wireless also sold us the 4G-LTE mobile Hot Spot included in the package. We could not get any signal in our apartment so we took the device back to the store and complained, they refused to accept this device  for the reason being that we cut out the bar code for the rebate. Go-Wireless claimed we had 14 days to return the device and still would not take the device back. Go wireless  included with the hot spot was an unlimited data package to our surprise a large bill for used data. Fraud & misrepresentation !  We inquired about the accessories for these non-brand phones and continued to say oh....tomorrow go-wireless will have them. Next day...oh no... next week. No accessories for these phones were ever available. A second rep knew of this fraudulent scheme and tried to tell us something but she kept quite because of her manager was present. So not we are stuck in a contract with 4 open phone lines( 2 with fake or dummy DIN Numbers). We contacted Verizon of the deception and they would not acknowledge Go-wireless because the stores were not related although the store says "Verizon Go-wireless"....huh? We are going to  contact Turko- files on the news!

This post is so confusing. First of all what do you mean "non branded phones"?? A gem is a Samsung. They say Samsung right on them. They were really popular around 2011. Second, like every other company, of course we don't accept returns for items when the barcode has been cut out. That's why it's the first thing mentioned in the return policy, which is printed right on your receipt and also posted in the store. We dont resell used devices so returned devices are sent back to the manufacturer. Without the box (with identifying information on the barcode) we have to basically trash it. I personally make my customers initial next to that little bit about the 14 day return/exchange policy and having to have the barcode intact so this situation doesn't happen. Still, its printed on the receipt.
