I should have known it was a scam by the website....foolish me. They sent me the wrong part in the mail. Instead of the brandname part I had ordered, they shipped me some cheap chinese nock off. Then when I called to fix the problem.....no anser. All the voicemails had a thick accent and one was even for a skype voicemail account. Then I finally received an email and this is what it said...word for word:
HI - we tried calling you - sorry - should we pick up and refund - we now ran out of bt2d - the item you got is very very simliar but not the bt2d - please advise what you want to do? sorry - this happened to another customer as well - very sorry
I don't know where this company is based....but it's not here in the US. And from what I've read and seen....it looks like it's a scam. They list the nock off parts as being more expensive on their website. Then send you the wrong part and say they ran out....hoping you will see that the cheap part they sent is actually more expensive and keep it.
There is no record of their address in Brooklyn and if you look into google images.....well.....lets just say you would only go to that neighborhood to buy somthing if you wanted an item that fell off the back of a truck.
Major scam. Stay away!!!!
