Hello and thank you for giving us at Googol Shop (Googol the noun has one meaning: a cardinal number represented as 1 followed by 100 zeros (ten raised to the power of a hundred) as in the amount of products we hope to be able to provide in our shop) the opportunity to post our side of this issue. We appreciate a free site like Ripoff Report for providing consumers and business alike a platform such as this for the safety of all, because in one way or another we all end up being consumers and needing protection. We also happily and readily admit that we have www.ripoffreport.com bookmarked on a few of our PC's and use it often for research since we do purchase various items in quantity from many different companies on a daily basis. Thank you for the great job. Contrary to this gentleman's belief, we do not turn on and off our posted policies on Amazon.com, thanks to the internet it can be view 24/7. This gentleman's feedback is also there for you to view, we are sure whomever looks will know which one it is, it would not be hard to spot. Also included below without any comments on them from us are the emails from this individual to us. We will leave judgment upon us to the reader. Our motto which we learned from a wise gentleman a long time ago is "do the right thing all the time, goodness and the truth will follow". This googolshop sent a bad product or a product so poorly designed. It is not working according to their claim of 60 Farad, in fact it's not even a 1 farad. It does "not" draw a large current off my 12 battery, I see the beautiful display but that is not what I'm buying, I want a capacitor, not a fake capacitor like this one. I am an electrical engineer, and I know electronics so well for 30+ years. I use an AMP meter to check your device. Plus I heard a loosen screw inside the box, this must be a return item from one of your customer, no wonder why you're selling it a bit cheaper, you called it a brand new, I do not think so. Please respond professionally, the reason I just tested it now is because I was busy with work. I do not want it. Please refund my account accordingly or I will dispute it through my bank!! On the mounting hole there is a little scratch on it, your equipment has intermittent problem and it does not hold the power, that's how I know it's a fake CAPACITOR. It is not a 60 farad, not even a 1 farad. I told your representative on the phone, the first email I sent out was meant for AMAZON because a year ago they allured me to sign up for their credit card to get a $30 off , I never received such rebate, any way, I speak the truth, its' easy to get confused since you you put the world AMAZON in your email, Please stop assuming, and accusing customer, you are supposed to give me the RMA, now it appears that you play your game to delay the process. What you are doing is illegal, you must post your policy on AMAZON website since you sell your product through their system, before customer clicking "PLACE ORDER" you must warn customer there, not here!!! I DID NOT GO TO YOUR SITE, I ORDERED YOUR PHONY 60 FARAD THROUGH AMAZON with no knowledge of your policy. By sending me your policy now doesn't make it legal. Further more you shipped the product late, I order on the 4th of June, you shipped on the 8th of June, I received it on the 9th or 10th, then I didn't have the time to test it until the 13th. That is still within 7 days. You tried to back-date your invoice to make thing appear that you shipped sooner. I will file a complaint with Attorney General in a few days against both you and AMAZON, and will propagate this news through GOOGLE search engine. I conclude that you refused to refund my account, and you lied about giving me the RMA on June 13th to be sent to my email, you people are so evil, dirty and irresponsible. WHAT A RIP-OFF! I asked for the RMA two days ago, I am still within the 7 day period, you are part of the delay, you inject the negative it will come back to you, why don't you stay on the BUSINESS side? you were supposed to give me the RMA on June the 13th, and you didn't. Also, you must warn people about your policy before customer clicking "ORDER" not here and not any where hidden in the AMAZON jungle. I did not keep coming up with something you, you did not read my email carefully, and you were not a lister on the phone, you were a talker.
