Googolshop.com Googol Shop Filed off serial numbers on supposedly new Alpine radio Los Angeles California

The stereo I received is clearly not new. The serial number that was stamped on the unit has been scratched off. The wiring harness has different length wires. No new wiring harness will ever come like that. There are slight scratches on the LCD screen. There are chip marks on the crome trim on the bottom. Lastly, there are scratches on the housing, clearly from being slid in and out of the metal housing. This almost smells like it is a stolen item from the scratched off numbers. The Amazon.com listing clearly said "new" and this is clealy used.
