THIS GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS CLAIMING TO OWN NIQD BOXES ARE ALL SCAMMERS. THEY SAY THEY OWN BOXES AT THE MIAMI FREE ZONE ALL DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED SUCH AS FEDEX RECEIPTS ARE ALL FRAUDULANT ACCORDING TO FEDEX AND THE BROKERS IN PANAMA. THEY TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY AND THEN MAKE UP STORIES THAT SELLER IS TRAVELING AND CANNOT BE IN FLORIDA TO CLOSE.
PLEASE DO NOT BE TAKEN BY THEM WE HAVE LOST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO THEM THEY DO NOT OWN ANYTHING OR HAVE CONTROL OF ANYTHING THEY USE OTHER PEOPLES BOXES AND SAY THAT THOSE ARE THE ONES FROM THE FREE ZONE. INVESTORS BEWARE THE ATTORNEY NEEDS TO LOOSE HIS LICENSE.

My name is David Wright, Esq., and I am the attorney discussed in the post by “martha.” I write this on behalf of myself and on behalf of my clients, Mrs. Grace Gratacos, and Mr. Raymundo Fuenmayor. At the outset, let me state that everything in the post is false.
The post is made, essentially, by an anonymous person. “Martha,” who does not even bother to capitalize her name, does not put her last name. She lists her location as “California.” I point this out because , if she had provided a real name and location, I would file a suit for defamation. Further, because “Martha” has used the internet, this may qualify as a federal offense and I would have my choice of venues to pursue my claims. Because most of my clients’ business is in Florida, I would likely file it there, since Florida has criminal defamation laws, as well as civil defamation laws.
To the best of my knowledge we have not done business with anyone by the name of Martha and we have certainly not obtained any investment from anyone by that name. If so, there would be a contract with the terms and conditions. After all, what fool would lend any significant amount of money to strangers without a contract, promissory note, or something to protect themselves? If there is such a document, I challenge "martha" to produce it on this site.
But let me cut to the chase. If Martha and her group had a legitimate legal grievance, she would file a lawsuit against us in a court of law or file for arbitration (which is a clause contained in many of the contracts I draft). In the course of those proceedings, she would produce documents or other evidence that prove her claim. She does not file a lawsuit or arbitration because she cannot. There is no “Martha.” There are no documents. There is no grievance. This post, apparently, is by some disgruntled person or group whom my clients declined to do business with. That they have resorted to putting this post on this site, without one piece of evidence, is proof that this is faluse and that the decision NOT to do business with her/them was the correct one.
In short, I’m calling “martha” a liar and a pathetic individual set on maliciously attacking my clients. If she is not, I challenge her to come forward with real documentation. And I challenge her to come forward and provide her real name on this site, like I have, where she made these false claims. If she does not come forward, that proves that all of these claims are false.
