Just like all the others complaining about Grant Funding Search, I thought I was only paying $1.98 for shipping of a CD, only to find out I was apparently entered into a 7-day trial period of something I have no idea about. Calling the 1-888-210-2544 customer service number will get you nowhere if you want a refund. I WAS ABLE TO GET MY $69.95 REFUNDED BACK TO ME, SO LISTEN UP!! Call 1-952-908-4112, and you will be connected to DRI Registration Network - a 3rd party vendor for Grant Funding Search that processes all their payments and refunds. I called this number and let them know I did not authorized a $69.95 debit from these people, and I also expressed I had no idea what this charge was for. They gave me a refund cancellation confirm number, sent a request to Grant Funding Search to refund my money (they give them 2 days to contact you), and told me to call back in 2 business days if Grant Funding Search did not get in contact with me or refund me my money. Unsurprisingly, Grant Funding Search did not contact me within the 2 days so I ended up calling DRI Registration Network back to let them know this. At that point, they initiated the refund themselves and I received the credit in about 5 business days. Hope this info helps someone other than me, as I DID RECEIVE A REFUND. NO JOKE. THIS INFORMATION IS BASED ON MY OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.
