GRANT ONE MEMBER SERVICES ADVERTISED 1.99 FOR A CD OS PLACES TO GET A GRANT. THEN CHARGED 94.89 INSTEAD. WOULDNT REFUND FOR 88 DAYS Lexington kentucky
I was in the process of enrolling in college. i am 40 years old. there was no fine print regarding the 94.89. i called when i noticed it on my bank statement. they said i had to wait for a refund for 88 days. now the website is gone. 94.89 is a ton of money to a college student who is also a single mom. please help
