I recently bought the grant seeker program, they promise a ton of things like support, and money back guarantee. However, what they don't tell you is that they charge for the support in helping you get a grant. The program is choked full of grant information but it is useless unless you can translate the government legalese. As far as the billing, I canceled the foundations part of the program, however, if you don't send it to the proper email address which they don't give you, you can't cancel. I was able to cancel that part after multiple phone calls where I was basically harassed and spoke to like I am an idiot. Customer service it is not. The person I spoke to Tina was extremely rude and basically called me an idiot. My recommendation is run do not do business with this company as they will take your money and not give it back!! Will be reporting them to the BBB in California as well.
