Grant360 charges made to my bank account that were not authorized. i want my $58.07 returned Internet
I looked online at grant360.com to find a program to help with loan information. I saw that a charge of 1.95 plus S/H would be for a CD. I agreed to this.
I went online to look at some websites that were provided and did not find anything that would help in what I needed. The next day I found that charges of $57.61 and for .46 for a total of $58.07 were applied to by bank account that I did not authorized.
I did not see anywhere in the introductory web page that additional charges would apply or that there was a 24 hour trial period. Otherwise I would not have even agreed to this. I called my bank to put a stop to this charge and I was told that I would have to call the merchant to see if the charges could be stopped.
I called on the next day, spoke with a rude representative and was told that the account was cancelled and was given a confirmation number. I called back again to the merchant and asked who I needed to speak with to get the charges reveresed.
The representative stated that I needed to go to the website and make a complaint. All I want is my money returned.
