Complaint Review: Grapplers Quest . Mr.Brian Cimins - Wayne New Jersey

Disparagement is a dirty business.  I, Brian Cimins, owner of Grapplers Quest worldwide can proud to present the irrefutable proof this entire "complaint" is defamation of character, libelous and untrue.  Mike Sachs of Tiger Schulman agreed to pay for all of these awards via email with Faiz Butt.  Faiz knew I wasn't responsible for payment, but still created this post in an attempt to damage our reputation.  I will warn Grappling, Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts promoters worldwide to avoid working with Faiz Al Um Butt and or FAB Products, at all costs, as they are not honorable, trustworthy or reputable.

The email is FROM MIKE SACHS of TIGER SCHULMANN and CHALLENGE OF CHAMPIONS with FAIZ AL BUTT of FAB PRODUCTS.  It clearly states that MIKE SACHS is 100% responsible for ALL AWARDS orders and payments.  This report was falsely posted to disparage our business and name both on Google and other search engines.  

I am sorry all of this happen and I forgive you all but would appreciate this being deleted, because it clearly is LIBEL at this point damaging our good reputation.  Also, for the record, RipOffReport.com allowed this customer to illegally register from ALASKA, yet they are clearly from Pakistan.  Please remove this post, it's harmed our good reputation, shows the inaccuracies allowed even though this was emailed dozens of times to RipOffReport.com for nearly 16 months now.  If you are a just website who is to be respected, remove this inaccurate and unlawful post from FAB PRODUCTS.

Faiz, first and foremost, I'm very sorry for your suffering.  Grapplers Quest and FAB Products worked successfully together for many years without any problems, we recommended you to many new American customers and we really enjoyed working with you.  You always delivered and we always paid you as requested without interruption for 7 years.  Looking at my tax returns, we spent more than $150,000 with FAB Products since 2008 on medals, championship belts and tons of apparel.  

This situation was not in any way a reflection upon Grapplers Quest or me personally or even, the financial burden of this order was on Michael Sachs of TSK, who agreed to sponsor our awards for two events.  

FAB Products and Grapplers Quest worked together for seven years of successful business relationship together, but rather ONE rogue partnership gone bad worth less than 5% of our business together over the years should not have resulted in the libelous complaint you posted.  I forgive you for trying to damage my person reputation and business reputation, but I cannot forgive RipOffReport.com for allowing you to illegally post an international complaint while illegally listing your STATE as Alaska.  

FAIZ, I am sorry that you didn't get paid for the 2nd order of medals for the July 2015 event in Orlando from Mike Sachs, he also kept the $60,000+ generated from the Grapplers Quest event and we didn't get paid that either.  Not only did Tiger Schulman led by Mike Sachs keep 100% of the events revenues from the June 2015 event, they also cancelled the July 2015 event at Disney and fired me on Tuesday like Steve Jobs got fired from Apple.  

This was a disaster, but you know that the order of these medals came from the event sponsor, MIKE SACHS, Tiger Schulmann and Challenge of Champions and the balance was supposed to be paid by them as well, it was never ordered from Brian Cimins or Grapplers Quest.  Mike Sachs of Tiger Schulmann and Challenge of Champions was the main sponsor, signed all Purchase Orders and even had awards shipped directly to him, therefore, we request that you edit your post or remove it completely.

Great news for us both...we love grappling and never gave up, even after TSK kept all our GQ money (ticket sales and competitor registration fees) we generated on June 6, 2015 at the 2015 Grapplers Quest U.S. National Championships in Edison, New Jersey, we never gave up.  We are relaunching in 2017 with a tremendous new fully funded partnership and we would love to work with FAB Products again.  If you still have any remaining belts or medals, please email us inventory counts to: [email protected]m - God Bless you always and forever, this too shall pass my brother.
