From an ad in the AARP magazine, I purchased the 5 Star Medical Alert Splash. I had difficulty activating it and finally did, on June 10th, 2016. They ask you to complete your profile online. To date, that has been impossible, in spite of their directions and emails. When I attempt to do this I get the message that "the account has not been activated" and, today, "this site is unavailable". I have asked for a refund and for the account to be closed and I have written to AARP concerning this. Disgusting how they try to rip-off Senior Citizens!!!
