GREAT CLIPS: EMANCE, Ripoff refused to report my tips to IRS then cut my hours to make me inelligible for benefits as disapline Rio Grande New Jersey

I was hired as a full-time employee with all the promises of benefits. From the very first paycheck of 5o hours I asked them to change my "status" from "married/married joint" with 0 allowances to reflect that I am "single with 3 children" as I stated on my original W-4. I also claim my tip income at the end of each shift as required in our handbook on "starware". 9 checks later and I'm still married!!! And to top it all off my paychecks still don't reflect all of my tip income. For example... if I've reported 120.00 for the week, they've changed it to some off the wall amount like 17.00. I've saved all my original daily reports that I sign and I've asked them over and over to please report my true and accurate earnings and correct my "status" to no avail. Now, I feel, to repremand me for reporting my tips, my schedule has went from fulltime to 10-14 hours a week! 4 new employees are now working full-time shifts! I am a single mom with 3 kids and I'm feeling used and abused. I turned in a W-5 (advance on my earned income credit) but it's turned down because I'm "MARRIED"with NO KIDS! (i wish!!!)

So I applied for partial unemployment only to be turned down by my employer. I can't survive on this so I've been to foodbanks and I've applied for free lunches in the school. I'm waiting to see if I can get foodstamps but, my landlord has NO TOLERANCE so now I'm really worried. This GREAT CLIPS IS AN LLC AND I want to warn all future applicants "BEWARE" Of false claims of job security.KEEP COPIES OF ALL DAILY REPORTS ITS YOUR ONLY PROOF OF YOUR INCOME AND SALES. They've also removed September's box of reports only to bring them back 4 days later and now they show little or no claimed tips. DUHHH- I HAVE THE ORIGINALS!!! and the new ones aren't signed!!! We have approx 60 employees... IS THERE SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP?

Hi, this is Marianne. As a "new" ROR user I have updated my story by filing a "new" report instead of this tool..."my bad"!!! Please refer to the other rip off about GREAT CLIPS: EMANCE, Inc. 4 my updates...and PLEASE gimme some helpful advice! After all...I'm justa "hairdresser"...lol
