DermaEssence Skin Care/Great Skin care is suckers you with with a free trial. When you contact them by email letting them know you don't want/like their skin care they do not accept your cancellation. They insist you call customer service and they refuse to listen and refuse to refund the charges for skin care that you have since returned.
Their customer service people refuse to give their name or transfer you to a supervisor. They talk over you and refuse to help. The skin care is cheap hand lotion and the prices is $90+ and once they have your credit card number they continue to charge it for products you did not ask for and so not want. This is the biggest scam I hagve every seen.
This has to be illegal! Something has to be done to companies like these that scam innocent consumers.
