Greater Therapy Center Hostile, Unethical and Incompetent-- denies patients ice and violates ethics by releasing injured patients to a home program McKinney, Texas
This place recently changed management, and the new manager/therapist is rude, combative, and unethical. She denies patients who are clearly injured (and have lifelong disabilities) ice, and laughs at them when they have trouble with the exercises that she won't even bother to show them how to do. When the patient is visibly upset, the new "therpist" laughs and tells you that you are lazy and need to go home if you cannot handle simple exercises. Then the "therapist" tells the patient who is visibly injured that they will be released to a home exercise program, and that they are too lazy to do physical therapy (despite being a patient of the wonderful previous manager for six months). I told my doctor this, and he noted my existing injuries and referred me elsewhere for six more months of physical therapy and filed a complaint with the State of Texas and Medical Board for saying a patient is healthy when they are clearly not.
Do not go here. There is nothing "great" about this place, and I suggest that they change their name to "Worst Physical Therapy Centers" while they are still open.
