It seems to be too much of a coincidene that so many scams can run off the scam prepaid card for nothing to change. I have filed two Police reports for one to have given up thinking that the often would be an unresolveable and the other is ongoing. With the same results expected possibly due to amount which may be considered too low to Law Enforcement but any amount that you do not get anything in return is a Ripoff!

I had also purchased vouchers with no refund in a total amount $680 and have three total reports for each.
