I have found this report by accident and I can assure anyone reading this that we have and continue to make outpayments to the customer in question. I believe that the customer may well have experienced an delay in his outpayment however this will have been a rectified as our records show that payments have been made successfully. We apologise for any delays this customer may have experienced at the time and would urge any of our customers to contact us if they have any concerns.
