Green Star Medical Help Group Managment Do not use Green Star Medical, they are smug crooks Frederiction, New Brunswick
My firm represents a client who is owed money from Green Star Medical (DBA Helth Group Managment), the ammount is next to nothing to speak of, about $450.00. When I called GSM to explain, I was asked to supply them with the correct documents (invoices, power of attorney, etc), and I gladly did this. My contact at GSM was a woman by the name of "Kathy". Kathy was very nice, but in the long run, eventually revealed herself to be quite sly. She was very nice to me on the phone, and she said that I would have to call back after Canada's civic holiday, and the check would be ready to be forwarded to my office to close the case. However, when I called Kathy on August 3rd 2010, she did not have the check ready, instead, she told me that I needed to speak with the company's controller, by the name of "Roger". I said "no problem", and I was transfered to Roger. I asked Rogetr if he was ready to make the payment, and he said "No." He said that he was not going to pay this bill because he did not deal with people like me. I took offence to that, as I believe it to be racially motivated. I asked him why he wanted to make this into a big ordeal, and he just kept making racial comments. He was discriminating me because of my position and my ethnicity. I told him that I would have to file this in small claims court, and he said "go ahead, my lawyers will drag it out 'till the end of the century". That is where I decided that he was smug. So bottom line, I proved that the company owed the money, i was lied to by the secretary, and i was treated like a piece of trash by the owner, Roger. Do not use Green Star Medical, they are elitist and socialist.
