These guys came to my house claiming to be locally owned and operated and it says that on their yard signs but they are from Minnesota. They just registered in Lincoln for the recent hail storm and opened and temporary office and are lying about thei locality. They also appear to be using Certainteed shingles on my neighbors roof. Certaineteed has lawsuits against them for defective shingles. These guys are liars and putting the least expensive shingle on to make as much money as they can and leave to storm leaving unservicble warranties behind. Abound these roofing scammers!

This is Nick Waterman, the owner of Greenguard Construction, Inc. I sincerely hope anyone reading this can see right through this illegitimate report . He is more than likely a competitor lying about our company. He has gone online with many other companies in town and made the exact same claims. We uphold the highest level of integrity and have always done what is best for our customers.
We indeed have a local office at 5000 Central Park Drive, Lincoln NE and 14301 FNB Pkwy #100, Omaha NE. We have a officer who was born and raised in Omaha, NE and still resides there. Greenguard Construction registered with the state of Nebraska on 7/1/2009, and you do not need to register with the city of Lincoln as claimed. We have never walked away from a warranty claim in the 6 states that we service. We have an A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau, which accumulates all of our complaints/reviews across the entire Midwest.
As far as defective Certainteed shingles go, I challenge this mystery complainer to identify the address that this exists, because I know it doesn't. We are a TAMKO Certified Pro and have the best warranties in the business.
