DO NOT PURCHASE from this dealership, misleads you to get you in the door only to change things when you go to sign the purchase agreement. I thought the horrible reviews on here were just for the service department only but NO, they are for the sales department as well. The communication is horrible, horrid wait times for your salesperson EVEN THOUGH you have an appointment, they don't follow through with what they tell you and most of all, read ALL of the electronic documents they make you sign in finance. They told us one rate, everything was confirmed, we go to sign... the finance manager rushes us through the E Doc signing.... on the interest rate page they need our hard signature, thank God they did. That's when I realized they lied about the rate. We have an 800+ fico and Greenway Ford tried to stick us with a tier 3 rate hahaha yeah right. I verified through Ford Credit on the phone the next day what the rate was suppose to be, nice try in getting a kick back for a higher rate Greenway... Than after we talk to the manager, they don't want to do the deal because they are losing money? Huh? You lied about the rate!!! We are writing Ford, State of Florida Consumer Affairs and other organizations about this whole situation. People need to know about car dealership deceptions, misrepresentation and false practices so this stuff stops. I don't remember the last time a dealership tried to deceive me. Than they offer us a $50 gift card to make up for the 18+ hours we wasted! Luckily I got the same deal locally, funny how another dealership did the same deal at a better rate!! Than I get an email from Greenaway Ford offering me $250 if I come in on the 31st before 9pm. Guess you really needed that deal to hit your numbers after all. I was very very clear on the communication with the dealership/salesperson in emails, phone calls and in person. I don't think anyone could have been more clear and to the point as I was. Lies, deception, miscommunication wow, stuff you wouldn't expect from a dealership as big as Greenaway Ford. Go to another dealership if you want an honest deal, these guys are not professional and don't deserve to be selling cars/trucks for Ford.

 They are a schlock operation. The fraud and deception perpetrated by this place is legendary. If you buy a car there, they hit you with a bogus, add-on, phoney fee. They have a history of grossly deceptive advertising, the spot delivery scam and poor, incompetent, price gouging service. When someone complains about the obvious stench of their deception, they hide behind the BBB. The BBB will SELL their worthless ratings to anyone who wants to buy one just like anyone can buy a fake diploma to hang on their wall. I certainly hope you did not buy there and reward them for their incredible lack of honesty. They are well known in the business and in consumer ranks as the toilet of car dealers!!! Spread the word!
