Greenwich Finance - Niko Credit Services is full of crap chicago, Illinois
I finanaced a "sidekick" from Car Credit America, 2 years ago. Within the first 6 months we had numerous mechanical problems. After many attempts with their mechanics, the problem was still not fixed. After 2 months and $2,ooo in repairs, they sent to another mechanic
He put in another $1,000 into, the problem was still not fixed. They gave us another car, lumina, under the same contract. After about 8 months with this car problems started with it, took it to our own mechanic and paid $2,500. Still the problem is not fixed.
The repairs needed to fix the car, is no where near what the car is worth. Making payments on the car, then we are informed that Greenwhich went under and we would have to make payments to another company, Niko. After paying too much for this car in repairs, intrest, and the payments this car is useless to us.
They called and threaten us with repoing the car, when we called their bluff they informed us that the car is not worth it to them. So now we are stuck with a giant paperweight.
