Greg Trobaugh is mental. This "man" went online to traduce our company and write a false defamatory one star review when infact he is an IDIOT! We installed a pool heater at a house his kid rents for the realtor and owner. As always we test fired the heater and left. Days later we receive calls from this household claiming we need to "get back out here right away" purporting the heater is not working.
We made two more trips to the house, nothing wrong. NOTHING. Greg, who has a high opinion of himself and claims he "knows all this" already when we asked if he checked to ensure the pool pump was on and running, the water level is not low, the filter is not dirty, the pump basket is not dirty, etc.
We made yet another trip out to the rental house and met by Greg Trobaugh and his attitude we showed the know it all know nothing how to properly turn the heater on, we did, it came on. We left. Several more messages with the same nonsense and one more trip to the house we are reserving our right to refuse service and provided the property manager and his kids he sponges off of the phone number to the heater manufacturer and warned, that if they come out and there's nothing wrong they too will charge a service call fee. We are owed $85 for our wasted trips. This imbecile write on his false yelp review:
After installation, the heater wasn't working - Forced to wait until after the weekend before Steve sent Brian back... Suddenly it's working! How long our pool, and spa, has been heating, it's hard to say however 2 days ago the kids wanted to go swimming because the water was warm, 98°!!!! Ignoring text messages and calls. New installation, not even a month old.

It is YOU who tampered with the heater and took it out of "remote" mode by touching the keypad directly on the heater. It is wired with the indoor automation and you, the dunce took it out of remote mode and directly overriding the automation control for the heater, but I forgot, you "know all this already" We have installed thousands of pool heaters and never mis-wired one "we run the filter pump during the evening hours so we didn't realize that every time the pump went on, the heater was also turned on!" Perhaps if you mr "I know this all already" didn't put your paws on the pool heater, therefore removing it from the remote settings to communicate with automation, it would not have come on by itself out by the heater but instead the way it was installed and intended to be operated ONLY FROM THE INDOOR REMOTE CONTROL KEYPAD AND NOT ON THE HEATER ITSELF!!
There is no way possible, without manually pushing the menu button on the pool heater for this to happen, IMPOSSIBLE. You, the dunce, did this. You caused your own problem!!!!!!!!! And I can tell you how long, the exact moment you tampered with the heater is how long its been disconnected from communicating with the automation. You are a mental midget who refuses to listen tot simple instructions in ENGLISH. We emailed the realtor and renter that there is nothing wrong with the pool heater, we will be making no more trips to the house and if you think there's an issue the heater is under a 3 year manufacturer warranty and you can call them. We also warned, that if you do call them and there's nothing wrong as with us, there will be a service call charge. "New installation, not even a month old" Keep your hands off and you wont have any of the problems you continue to cause for yourself then have the audacity to blame us, you're one of the dumbest people we've tried to explain this process to so we gave up!
