I needed a clutch set for a customer of mine, so searched on line and found gRIPFORCE. They offered a set with exactly what i needed. Called to place order and person on phone said "we do not take phone orders". I gave my e-mail and they sent me a depend order # to use with pay pal. I quickly completed and sent. They waited 4 days to ship my order, so it took 10 days to get to me. When the package arrived i noticed u.p.s. driver carrying with one hand. This is not right, it's supposed to weigh 55 lbs. Inspected package and found one end opened with no flywheel, no clutch disc, no pressure plate, no pilot bearing, and no alignment tool.
Only part in box was slave cylinder with release bearing. there was writting on shipping label that said "empty missing" and someone had scribbled through that. I paid for a complete set. So i refused package, the u.p.s. driver saw the same thing i did, no parts. contacted gRIPFORCE imediatly.Informed Daniel of gRIPFORCE about problem, he argued and said "they have not delivered it yet". I said yes, it just left. He sounded as if he did not believe me.
Anyway, phoned u.p.s. next morning and was told it was on its way back to gRIPFORCE and that they were notified of part shortage So phoned gRIPFORCE again and was told i had to file a claim with u.p.s. Ended up waiting for them to get package back and being told "there are parts missing, so they are not responsible". I said i paid $368.95 for a complete set, not just a box! The person on phone for gRIPFORCE actually laughed at me! So i cussed him out. This is 3 and 1/2 weeks so far. U.p.s. says its up to them to make it right. They say no, they will not! Do not do any bussiness with this so called company called gRIPFORCE. You will get ripped off!
