We have done it all, and now are here to teach you the tips and tricks of the professional! With every project we undertake, we strive to provide the highest level of customer service paired with an excellent finished product to ensure that our customers receive all of the value we have to offer. We believe in the principle that we are only as good as the product our clients are able to produce, which so far, is very good." Hardly the case at all....I have had nothing but problems from the beginning and still after 2 months dont have a room that even works?!? Besides being weeks behind schedule...they failed to test the room per their website "Testing:Once everything is fully constructed and fully setup. The system will be put through multiple tests to guarantee probability. We will ensure your room is foolproof." Because of my rooms inability to be controlled, I have suffered significant losses due to time, money and overall aggravation. They were supposed to deliver a turn key operation that is "foolproof". I hired them largely because of there affiliation with the BBB & now suffering loss

I want them to finish what they were paid to do, which is simply deliver a finished room that has been put through multiple tests to guarantee probability. The finished product should allow me complete control of the rooms temperature, humidity, light & CO2. I have spent over $12,000 and have already suffered $4,000+ in losses and my room still doesnt work. I would like them to have the room in working order ASAP

DONT PAY UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETELY DONE AND TESTED AT LEAST 24-48 BEFORE INTRODUCING PLANTS!!!

Customer: I have had nothing but problems from the beginning and still after 2 months dont have a room that even works?!?

GrowSetup: The room has been complete for about 3-4 weeks. We started late Nov. Dont know about any 2 months.



Customer: Besides being weeks behind schedule:



GrowSetup: We were behind 6 days, and it was because of an unfortunate issue where the contractor assigned to that room had a tragic family emergency, and had to be replaced. Another licensed contractor was assigned to the room, and we gave the client a free gift as well, as an apology for being late. We worked around the clock to make up for the time.



Customer: They failed to test the room per their website "Testing: Once everything is fully constructed and fully setup. The system will be put through multiple tests to guarantee probability. We will ensure your room is foolproof.



GrowSetup: We tested the room multiple times, including once it was all complete. The room is Foolproof, but you still have to know how to use it.



Customer: Because of my rooms inability to be controlled, I have suffered significant losses due to time, money and overall aggravation.



GrowSetup: Your room can be controlled; you must be doing something wrong. All the equipment in the room is brand new direct from the manufacturer. Every part comes with a manufacturer warranty, troubleshooting free phone support, and can be replaced free of charge. We offered to do this, in case any part had been malfunctioning for free. The customer said the discussion is over check your BBB.



Customer: They were supposed to deliver a turn key operation that is "foolproof".



GrowSetup: The room is turn key and is foolproof. We build 4 to 5 rooms every month, and have been for the last year. Because of the nature of the business, most clients are hesitant to leave public thank you statements on sites such as the BBB, but you can check our website for plenty of testimonials. This is the only client that has been complaining. We work hard for every client. Even with the type of quality of rooms that we build, you still have to know how to use them, and have some knowledge about growing, or hire us to train you.



Customer: I hired them largely because of there affiliation with the BBB & now suffering loss.



GrowSetup: We very much appreciate the BBB, and want all our customers and future customers to know that we showed this person how to mix nutrients, how to use the room, tested the room, provided a free gift worth a lot of money, for being late, even though it was because of unforeseen circumstances, and his room was working properly after we left. We would be happy to fix any issues he is having, we believe any issues he is having is because he doesnt understand how to use the room, even though it was explained multiple times, or hehas moved things around inappropriately, and wants us to come out for free and fix his mistake, and we just dont do that. He can call us, not be rude, stop with the cussing at us for no reason, and make an appointment, and we will be more than happy to go and troubleshoot his issue, which were almost positive is of the most minor issue, that was caused by the clientbecause the room is foolproof, but you must know what you are doing. You are welcome toemail us7 days a week, and we will gladly tell you how and what to do.

GrowSetup: And it did when we were done and you didnt say anything for 3 weeks.



Customer: I have spent over $12,000 and have already suffered $4,000+ in losses and my room still doesnt work. I would like them to have the room in working order ASAP & reimburse me for my losses, time, & aggravation in the sum of $4,000.



GrowSetup: Youre room does work; you simply do not know how to use it. And we are here to help you, and you know that. Any issues you do have, you are more than welcome toemail us and we will help you for free over the phone. If you want us to come over, you have to call and book an appointment, and we will gladly come over and take a look and resolve any issues you are having. I understand that you want us to come over and do and fixthings for free, after you break them,we just dont do that. You paid us after we were done, and everything was tested and working perfectly. You have to know how to use these rooms. Your posting false statements and different facts on multiple sites.



Problem Started: 11/26/2010



There were no problems on the 26th. You paid us after we were done. After everything was tested, and working.



You sent us pictures of how excited you were about the room, days later, of how the room was baptized as you mentioned, or another term that you used was officially pimped. The room was working perfectly after we left and days later as well. Again if you have any issues, you are welcome to email us, schedule an appointment, or call the 800 number to utilize your 100% warranty, thats usually good for 2-3 years, you will see that listed on the equipment box. All the equipment is brand new and was purchased directly from the manufacturer.





We have plenty of photos, if people want to see, of before and after, and of the client all happy and using his room, days after it was complete.

Maybe they figured out you were going to grow marijuana in violation of federal law. Any how thats alot of money to spend to grow dope
